- Department of Health of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government
- Hospitals, Institutes with hospital beds under the Ministry of Health;
- The company register, manufacture drugs in circulation in Viet Nam
Following Dispatch 1564/QLD-TT dated 10/02/2012 of the Drug Administration recommended the use of medicines containing ingredients Pioglitazone, stavudine, Trimetazidin; based on the conclusions of the Drug Review Board of the Ministry of Health on drugs contains Pioglitazone,
To ensure reasonable, safe and effective use of medicines, Drug Administration announced as follows:
- Temporarily not granting the number of first registration and re-registration for drugs containing Pioglitazon until further notice.
- Department of Health of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, Hospitals, Institutes with hospital beds under the Ministry of Health and the treatment units continue to implement the contents of the above Dispatch No. 1564/QLD-TT dated 10/02/2012 of Drug Administration.
Drug Administration will continue to update the information related to medicines containing components Pioglitazon and have direction of next process.
The Drug Administration informs the company to acknowledge and comply./.
