DECISION
On stopping Rotavirus (live, attanuated) vaccine (Rotavin – M1) production in Center for research and production of Vaccine and Biologicals (POLYVAC) at 135 Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi

DIRECTOR-GENERAL OF DRUG ADMINISTRATION OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to current pharmaceutical regulation;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3861/QĐ-BYT dated September 30th 2013 of the Minister of Health on defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Drug Administration of Vietnam – Ministry of Health;
Considering – Decision No. 47/2007/QD-BYT dated 24 December 2007 on implementation of applying the regulations, standards of GMP, GLP, regulations of GSP and regulations of GDP for Companies of manufacturing, testing, trading, distributing, exporting, importing, storing and reserving vacine and medical biological products.
Considering the proposal of Head of Drug quality management,
HEREBY DECIDES
Article 1: To stop Rotavirus (live, attanuated) vaccine (Rotavin – M1) production in Center for research and production of Vaccine and Biologicals (POLYVAC) at 135 Lò Đúc, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi
Article 2: This Decision shall come into full force and effect since the date of signing.
Article 3: Chief of Office, Head of Departments: Drug quality management, Drug business management of Drug Administration of Vietnam and Director of – Center for research and production of Vaccine and Biologicals (POLYVAC) shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
