NANG XƯƠNG CHẤN THƯƠNG Ở HÀM DƯỚI: CHẨN ĐOÁN VÀ ĐIỀU TRỊ
Tóm tắt
Bệnh nhân nam, 19 tuổi, đến khám Răng – Hàm – Mặt, tình cờ phát hiện tổn thương ở xương hàm dưới sau khi chụp phim X quang răng kiểm tra. Tiền sử bệnh chưa ghi nhận có tổn thương chấn thương ở xương hàm dưới. Lâm sàng không ghi nhận triệu chứng sưng, đau, tê môi cằm, thử độ sống tuỷ răng với thử nghiệm điện các răng liên quan đáp ứng dương tính. Tổn thương được chẩn đoán là nang xương chấn thương xương hàm dưới, phương pháp điều trị là phẫu thuật cắt bỏ nang xương chấn thương xương hàm dưới và thực hiện giải phẫu bệnh lý.
