The first was non-intervention, the second was the intervention referring to the guidance by the Ministry of Health and the third was the intervention based on the hospital internal guidance. Average fosfomycin consumption was reduced period by period from 0.855 to 0.278 and to 0.457 DDD\/100 patient-day, reppestively. Fosfomycin consumption appeared to be shifted from surgery departments to intensive care units during interventions. Appropriate use of fosfomycin increased up to over 80%. Patients prescribed with high dose fosfomycin and in combination regimens were further elevated to 100 % in the second intervention.
