D\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u \u0111\u1ed1m trung t\u00e2m \u201ccentral dot\u201d: \u0111\u1ed1m t\u0103ng t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng n\u1eb1m trong \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eadt trong gan b\u1ecb gi\u00e3n, l\u00e0 nh\u00e1nh t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch c\u1eeda.<\/p>\n<h3>MRI<\/h3>\n<p>T1: gi\u00e3n \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eadt trong gan v\u1edbi t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u gi\u1ea3m. T2: t\u0103ng t\u00edn hi\u1ec7u. T1 C+ (Gd): ng\u1ea5m thu\u1ed1c c\u1ee7a nh\u00e1nh t\u0129nh m\u1ea1ch c\u1eeda trong \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eadt b\u1ecb gi\u00e3n. MRCP: cho th\u1ea5y c\u00e1c nang li\u00ean ti\u1ebfp v\u1edbi c\u00e2y \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eadt.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0110i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb v\u00e0 ti\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee3ng<\/h2>\n<p>Ti\u00ean l\u01b0\u1ee3ng x\u1ea5u. N\u1ebfu b\u1ec7nh khu tr\u00fa, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1eaft ph\u00e2n th\u00f9y ho\u1eb7c th\u00f9y. N\u1ebfu b\u1ec7nh lan t\u1ecfa, c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111i\u1ec1u tr\u1ecb b\u1ea3o t\u1ed3n. H\u00ecnh \u1ea3nh CT: th\u1eadn to, v\u1edbi nhi\u1ec1u nang nh\u1ecf, g\u1ee3i \u00fd ARPKD. Nhi\u1ec1u t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng d\u1ea1ng nang gi\u1ea3m t\u1ef7 tr\u1ecdng \u1edf gan ph\u1ea3i, v\u1edbi \u0111\u1eadm \u0111\u1ed9 t\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1ef1 c\u00e1c \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng m\u1eadt trong gan b\u1ecb gi\u00e3n. M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 t\u1ed5n th\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u00f3 d\u1ea5u hi\u1ec7u central dot, g\u1ee3i \u00fd h\u1ed9i ch\u1ee9ng Caroli. Sinh thi\u1ebft kh\u00f4ng th\u1ea5y t\u1ebf b\u00e0o \u00e1c t\u00ednh.
