M\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng pha I v\u00e0 pha II s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng genistein \u0111\u00e3 ho\u00e0n th\u00e0nh nh\u01b0ng kh\u00f4ng c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 r\u00f5 r\u1ec7t v\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u (NCT00244933, NCT00376948) hay ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c, m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a ra nh\u01b0ng b\u1ecb thu h\u1ed3i[9].<\/p>\n<p>Quercetin \u0111\u00e3 ti\u1ebfn h\u00e0nh th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m l\u00e2m s\u00e0ng b\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ea7u tr\u00ean \u0111\u1ed1i t\u01b0\u1ee3ng ung th\u01b0 \u0111\u1ea1i tr\u1ef1c tr\u00e0ng v\u00e0 tuy\u1ebfn ti\u1ec1n li\u1ec7t tuy nhi\u00ean ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 k\u1ebft qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 [10, 11]. Quercetin \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch an to\u00e0n v\u1edbi s\u1ed1 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng 500 mg hai l\u1ea7n m\u1ed7i ng\u00e0y trong 12 tu\u1ea7n. Tuy nhi\u00ean n\u1ebfu s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng l\u00e2u d\u00e0i ho\u1eb7c li\u1ec1u cao h\u01a1n th\u00ec \u0111\u1ed9 an to\u00e0n ch\u01b0a \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh. Khi u\u1ed1ng, quercetin c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 g\u00e2y \u0111au \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0 ng\u1ee9a \u1edf tay, ch\u00e2n.
